Microsoft Streamlines Information Exchange Agreement Process to Improve Partner Satisfaction Microsoft is a multinational technology corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses and supports a wide range of software products for computing devices. B U S I N E S S C H A L L E N G E Over 115,000 employees and 650,000 partners across the LCA, Retail and OEM divisions do business together based on the terms defined in Information Exchange Agreements. Managing non-disclosure and other agreements was a time-consuming process for both Microsoft and their external partners. The whole contract management process was fragmented. Completed contracts were stored in various locations across 100 countries. Without a state-of-the-art search and retrieval capacities, the data locked inside those contracts was hard to find. A global user base of more than 200,000 users found the current contract management system to be inflexible, prone to errors and difficult to use.
