must operate 24 distribution centers and manage relationships
with 3,500 suppliers. It's a logistical challenge that is getting more

The company's manual contracting process wasn't up to the task.
There were delays at every stage of the contract lifecycle, from
initiation to final approval. Performing due diligence on third-party
paper was labor intensive. Completed agreements were stored in
