The report evaluated vendors in three contract scenarios; sell-side, buy-side and all contracts, and Icertis was the only vendor to receive a 5.0 in the product strategy criteria across all three scenarios.

Icertis also received a 5.0 rating based on customer references for usability, ease of implementation, and ongoing customer services and support.
Forrester Research identified the 14 most significant vendors in the CLM space, and scored them across 28 total criteria to show how each provider helps CxOs make the right choice from three dimensions: buy-side dominant, sell-side dominant, and all contract lifecycle management. Each criterion was bucketed into three overall categories including Current Offering – which included core functionality, buy-side versus sell-side support, and usability, Strategy – including product strategy in terms of pricing and roadmap, company strategy in terms of target market, and financial resources to support the strategy, and overall Market Presence.
