It’s award season for Microsoft Partners, and Icertis is proud to announce two amazing recognitions: Winner of 2024 Microsoft Defense and Intelligence Partner of the Year and Finalist for Microsoft Global ISV Partner of the Year.
These awards mark another milestone in what has been an incredibly fruitful journey with Microsoft.
Icertis recently celebrated its 15-year anniversary, and from the beginning, our technology has been built on the Microsoft Cloud. We made an early bet that Microsoft’s vision for the cloud was the future of technology, and we have continued to double down on that bet throughout our evolution.
It’s paid off for Icertis and our customers— since our founding, we have established a new category of technology, contract intelligence, with leadership positions in all major analyst reports and 33% of the Fortune 100 as customers.
Through it all, Microsoft has remained an integral part of our success. Not only does Icertis run on Azure, but we count Microsoft as a customer and a trusted co-development partner for joint solutions that bring contract intelligence to the Microsoft Cloud.
As indicated by this year’s award recognitions, our relationship with Microsoft continues to strengthen.
Last summer we served as a launch partner for Microsoft Copilots, applying the power and security of the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to deliver generative AI capabilities to our customers. We jointly launched the market’s first copilots for enterprise contract management, and these offerings with Microsoft have proven extremely popular, becoming the fastest-selling product we have ever released.
We are now building off this success and delivering further value by integrating AI capabilities with Microsoft 365—including Word, Word Online, Excel, and Outlook—and Dynamics 365.
These integrations are game changers for productivity and realizing contract value. At Microsoft Build in May, we demonstrated how the Icertis Copilot integrated with Microsoft Teams allows customers to easily access contract details within Teams. Finance leaders, for example, can check whether an invoice matches the pricing agreed to in a contract just by typing a quick question into a chatbot.
We also continue to expand our integration portfolio with Dynamics 365, working with Microsoft to co-develop solutions that integrate the power of contract intelligence into core business processes.
These are just a few examples of how the distinctive, 360-degree relationship between Icertis and Microsoft creates a virtuous cycle of co-innovation that enables the delivery of best-in-class, value-rich solutions for our joint customers.
We are so grateful to Microsoft for this year’s awards and look forward to even more groundbreaking innovation with Microsoft in the year to come.
