The enhanced Agreement Index brings all contracts and related amendments into one unified space for visibility. Contracts and amendments are now displayed in a clear hierarchical view for instant understanding.

The Quick View pane lets you preview agreements, with an additional Relationship View option that provides a tree structure of agreements, their amendments, and peer agreements. It also offers a summarized view of key attributes in these documents.

Composite columns with name, code and actions surface key information briefly, and adaptive filters let you pin, reuse, or refine searches with precision.

The system also remembers user settings for a customized experience every time you log in.

Your applied filters, adjusted panel widths, and recent searches are stored in your local browser's memory, so your workspace always feels familiar and ready to use.

With instant search, type-ahead suggestions, advanced filters, and recent activity enhancements, finding the contract information you need now takes seconds — not minutes.

2. Simplifying How You Work

Our 8.7 release features enhancements that make the pre-execution contracting process more guided, predictable, and efficient.

It all starts with our new My Work page, which puts everything you need in one place to simplify and streamline agreement management: tasks, recently accessed items, and owned agreements, so you can start your day with clarity. Quick actions with guided workflows in-document previews help teams complete review and approval related tasks faster and more confidently directly from the My work page.

Beyond the My Work page, capabilities like Deviation approval workflows are simplified with deviated text highlighted within the document preview, allowing you to navigate changes quickly for faster, more transparent approvals. The Icertis Experience for Microsoft Word add-in is now available in the Microsoft Store, ensuring users can easily download and install it.

Collaboration is now more streamlined than ever, with the ability to complete review and approval tasks directly within the online document editor, alongside targeted notifications, sequential reviews and rule-based reviewer selection. These features keep every stakeholder aligned in real time.

And, tying it all together, Icertis now features a modern, redesigned UI with new themes — Lilac, Forest Green, and Sky and support for customization to match your brand colors.

3. Executing Contracts with Confidence and Speed

Once a contract is ready for approval and execution, we have made the experience just as smooth and guided as the rest of the journey.

Approvers can review and approve contracts from their emails, with contract summaries that enable them to act quickly and confidently.

Context notes can now be added during submission to provide approvers with greater clarity and traceability throughout the review process.

As always, approved contracts are then routed to signatories for final execution. In cases when signatories are not available due to planned leave etc., Icertis now makes it easy for the signatories to auto-delegate to other members of their team, so business does not get hung up.

They can also reassign in eSign workflows even when contracts are already in-flight, adding flexibility and control to time-sensitive approvals. The eSign status now synchronizes automatically with the eSign provider for real-time updates, and the eSign UI messaging framework delivers clearer, more informative messages to users on execution status.
