The global search bar now operates at greater speed and intelligence. As you type, it instantly provides suggestions and results to help you quickly find any entity type, including and more. The search experience is designed to be context-aware, offering type-ahead hints and customizable placeholders that adjust according to different user roles and requirements. Additionally, you can pick up a previous search right where you left off.

Redesigned Filtering Capabilities

The filtering experience has been redesigned to deliver both flexibility and simplicity. Pin your most-used filters for quick access from any list view. At the column level, advanced options like “Starts With,” “Exactly,” “Contains,” and the new “Does Not Contain” give you precise control.

The customizable filter panel makes it easy to create tailored filters, saving time and boosting productivity. We have also added a natural-language search box to the index pages, meaning no extra navigation is needed to enter keywords. And with upgraded filtering for composite columns, whether by name or code, you will enjoy greater accuracy even when managing large batches.

Revamped Agreements Index Page

The Agreements Index page has been redesigned to enhance both clarity and navigation The agreement name and code are now integrated into a single composite column, resulting in a more concise listing.

We have also made it easier to quickly get information about contracts when browsing a large list. Single-clicking an agreement row brings up a Quick View pane that displays a document preview and a hierarchical structure showing the agreement, its amendments, and any peer or associated agreements, along with a summary for each item. These new features enable users to obtain key information efficiently without leaving the list, thereby minimizing context switching and reducing unnecessary navigation.

When you select one or multiple contracts, bulk action options now appear dynamically, providing a one-click option for actioning several contracts at once while keeping your interface clutter-free.

Hierarchical Amendment View

A new hierarchical view of contract relationships makes managing complex contract chains easier. A collapsible tree structure groups amendments under the original contracts, so users can quickly understand relationships, navigate up and down the chain, and ensure nothing is overlooked. The improved visibility facilitates easier identification and minimizes errors in amendment handling.

UI Refinements and Modern Visuals

Several user interface tweaks across the application add up to a more intuitive experience. Icertis platform now remembers users’ preferences for multiple items like column width, panel width, last accessed tabs and more to facilitate easier resuming of tasks.

Dashboard widgets (Quick links) and agreement codes in composite columns have been reorganized for better readability, reducing clutter. We also refreshed the visual design: new iconography, enhanced hover states, and consistent styling for messages and notifications give the platform a contemporary, cohesive look.

The user groups drawer, a panel that displays action users based on agreement status, has been redesigned to clearly surface user groups and individuals in each group.

Version 8.7 even introduces three new “modern” UI and customized themes, offering fresh color palettes and layouts to suit your organization’s brand. Together, these visual updates reduce cognitive load and help users focus on the task at hand.
