Icertis guides users through drafting, review, and approval with clearer, more intuitive workflows. In addition, the system now highlights high-priority tasks like approvals or reviews using visually distinct guided workflow banners. New iconography, such as refresh and export, replaces text labels, making navigation cleaner and quicker. By placing critical actions front and center, users immediately know what needs attention, reducing turnaround time and keeping momentum intact.
Quick action controls in preview panels enable approvals, reviews, and rejections directly from the My Work or Agreements Index page. This eliminates unnecessary clicks and minimizes context switching, especially valuable when processing a large volume of agreements during peak cycles.

Icertis has introduced a modern, refreshed look designed for clarity and ease of use. Updated colors, spacing, icons, and fonts create a cleaner, more engaging interface that reduces cognitive load during daily work.
Organizations can customize the new modern themes to align with corporate branding by adjusting background images and colors, allowing for a more cohesive and personalized user experience. For global consistency, administrators can also apply themes across all user accounts, ensuring that every team member experiences the same cohesive environment.

UI labels, dashboard text, entity indexes, and search filters have been updated for clearer alignment and readability.
The Editable toggle is now labelled as “Editable from UI” making it clear which attribute fields users can modify in the Icertis Platform, helping ensure transparency around data integrity and compliance.

For reviews, users can complete approval or review tasks directly within the online editor. This integrated experience allows reviewers to evaluate content, annotate, and complete tasks in one place, streamlining workflows. It also provides real-time updates on task status and enables participants to be added without disrupting ongoing collaboration.

These encrypted access links, combined with OTP authentication, ensure enterprise-grade security while enabling seamless collaboration with non-Icertis users.
