Last week, Icertis opened our new support center in Sofia, Bulgaria, marking a major milestone in our rapid growth in the European market.
Demand for our enterprise-wide approach to contract management has dramatically accelerated in Europe in the last year as evidenced by multiple customer wins – including prominent companies like Daimler, Lufthansa Airplus, Roche and Sanofi. As companies worldwide continue to digitize their foundation of commerce to better manage increasing business velocity, complex regulatory environments and new competitive threats, we at Icertis are committed to providing them both the contract management software to do so and the customer support required to ensure continued success.
Our customers in this region can expect immediate value as we accelerate and better localize our support capabilities. Premium customer support is a priority to for Icertis, and with the new Sofia office we will have multilingual staff on call during Central European Time (CET) business hours for European customers in addition to our global 24/7 support staff. We will also be within a two-hour flight of any European customer in case onsite needs arise.
The support center officially opened on June 22. Icertis CEO and Co-founder Samir Bodas joined me and other company leaders to cut the ribbon on this important expansion and welcome the employees to the Icertis family.
We've been able to staff this office with the right skilled resources in a very short time, and will be able to quickly hire and train additional resources as we continue to grow in Europe.
With the addition of Sofia, Icertis now has offices in six major European cities: Frankfurt, London, Paris, Sofia, Stuttgart and Zurich.
