We just wrapped our biggest Icertis Connect yet. At 450+ attendees, it was likely the largest customer conference hosted in the CLM industry. We’re grateful to the hundreds of customers & partners who joined us and shaped the conversations at Connect.
We've always believed the intelligence inside contracts has the power to drive meaningful results. In a market where many are changing their message – we're doubling down on that conviction and turning it into reality for customers.
Contracts codify how businesses operate. And if you can truly understand and act on contracts, you have the foundation for an autonomous enterprise. The shift we’re driving is real – from CLM being a system of record to a system of outcomes.
These systems are built to support people, and that’s what shaped our theme this year: Agents of Impact – grounded in strategy, people, and pathways.

As an AI-native Contract Intelligence platform, Icertis brings together three essential elements: deep contracting context and agents that can take action, and human oversight to guide decisions. We believe AI delivers the most value when people remain firmly in the loop.
The people-centric view of AI echoed throughout the event. Guest speakers Baber Farooq, SVP of Market Strategy at SAP, and AI futurist Heather McGowan reinforced the idea that meaningful outcomes come from combining intelligent systems with human judgment.
At Connect, we unveiled a set of new capabilities that reshape how companies work with contracts.
All of this is powered by a re-architected Vera Foundation, built to deliver context-aware AI at scale, capable of understanding and acting reliably in complex enterprise environments.
Because without context, AI guesses. And without action, AI doesn’t matter.
Customers don’t all start in the same place or have the same goals. Some want to transform the user experience, others want better insights from their contracts, and yet others want to improve core contracting operations. At Connect we unveiled our new adoption pathways – defined roadmaps aligned to the outcomes customers seek.
Your business outcomes should determine your journey to Contract Intelligence, not what’s convenient for your vendor.
Lastly, Connect 2026 marked the introduction of our new brand.
This isn’t just about our visual identity to match the product and customer journey. It reflects a deeper shift: AI-native, but human-first. Humans have to be at the center of any transformation, including this next wave driven by AI. You can read more about how we built a new visual system with these principles in mind here.
The biggest takeaway for me was the response from the hundreds of customers and partners who joined us - they loved our focus on business outcomes, the role of people in an AI-native world, and a practical path to AI adoption.
What we saw in Boston was strong momentum for a new era of intelligent contracting. I’m leaving energized by what our customers, partners, and teams are building together next.
