This fall, hundreds of Icertis customers gathered in New York and London for our annual Icertis Connect user conferences—where champions of our platform come together to share experiences, celebrate successes, and get a first look at what’s next.
While our product leaders can always be counted on to showcase exciting new capabilities at Connect, stories from customers themselves are always the highlight.
Customers from across industries—including an iconic global restaurant chain, a leading American insurance company, and the largest chemical manufacturer in the world—took the stage to share with their peers how Icertis plays a central role in their enterprise strategies.
In one case, a customer is retiring 19 source-to-contract applications thanks to Icertis’ ability to streamline indirect contracting processes and integrate with SAP Ariba. As the customer put it, “Simplification matters,” and only Icertis delivers it at the scale they need.
We love customer stories like these because they distill how Icertis has always approached the contract lifecycle management (CLM) space: In a category often focused on—and measured by—narrow process improvements, we’ve prioritized solutions that address higher-order business challenges.

Our customers have, on average, 11 integrations per deployment as they leverage Icertis’ unique ability to connect contract data to the systems and processes that contracts power. With this track record of large deployments, we are continually honing the art of accelerated value delivery. We have reduced our implementation timelines by 70% year-over-year through new preconfigured solutions with embedded setup, and enhanced partner enablement with the best global systems integrators in the world.
Our customers have noticed: In the most recent Gartner Voice of the Customer report, we are named a “Customers’ Choice” with 93% of customers recommending our platform. What makes this even more impressive is that nearly 40% of our reviews are from companies with more than $10 billion in annual revenue. No other company counts such a large share of promoters in the highest revenue bands.
Similarly, In this year’s Forrester Wave™: Contract Lifecycle Management, Q1 2025, Icertis was the only Leader to receive a “halo” for exceptional customer feedback.
As a direct result of these positive experiences, we continue to see interest from existing customers in expanding their Icertis deployments to other divisions, departments, and geographies and realize visions of a unified contract intelligence experience that only Icertis can deliver.
In addition to rapid customer expansion, recent wins underscore Icertis’ unmatched ability to address the needs of the Global 1000. In the last four quarters alone, we have added as customers one of the biggest food brands in the world, a global restaurant chain, two leading U.S. government contractors, a global automaker, two of the “Big 4” U.S. banks, and one of the U.S. government’s largest purchasing organizations. And that’s just scratching the surface.
Our market momentum has put us on solid financial footing. The financial stability of software vendors should always be a focus for companies considering a solution. We are by far the biggest pure-play CLM company in the market, with annual ARR growth that is larger than many of our competitors’ total revenue.
With so much market success, we continue to invest in advancing product capabilities to amplify value. Recent product advances have further cemented our leadership position in the CLM market and set our customers up for success in 2026.

SAP chose Icertis as a Solution Extension only after extensive testing of our capabilities and integrations, validating the value we deliver to their customer base.

Vera powers our AI applications like Vera Analytics Advanced and agents like our new Composer Agent. These AI capabilities significantly accelerate business insights and contract operations, reflecting the needs of our customers to respond to increasingly turbulent economic and geopolitical climates.
Since unveiling our Vera AI platform in September, dozens of customers have kicked off proof-of-concept projects to experience how our AI can deliver faster commercial insights.
Icertis has long recognized that different industries have unique contracting needs and has accelerated value for our customers through expert solution consulting and configurations.
Now we’re going further with dedicated solutions for industries with the most challenging contracting ecosystems.
