Contracts are fundamentally human – they represent connections, relationships, trust, and ambition. From the beginning, Icertis has always seen the humanity behind contracts, and that’s why we built a system where human and artificial intelligence converge.
As we reflected on how Icertis has evolved the CLM market, and where we're taking Contract Intelligence next, we recognized that our brand needed to evolve as well – to echo both the intelligence of our platform and the humanity at the heart of every agreement. Because while technology continues to change how work gets done, people remain the heroes of the story.
That’s why today, we’re debuting a bold new look that sets the tone for the AI-native, human-first future we are building – with contracts at the center.
We’re changing the way enterprises experience contracts. Our brand should embody that transformation, too.
Every element of our new identity begins with a critical truth: the most powerful intelligence is also the most human.
As we reimagined our visual system, we stepped back from the cool tones, sharp contrasts, and category defaults that dominate CLM and traditional tech. Instead, we created a brand that feels warmer, more dynamic, and more reflective of the people behind the technology. At the center is our signature color – Vera Rose.
Vera Rose lives at the intersection of purple’s long history of prestige and the richness of earth, landing on a shade that conveys both modern sophistication and the depth of human intelligence. Because that’s exactly what Vera is: AI that works alongside human judgment.
Our shapes are intentionally hand-drawn and imperfect, introducing movement and energy that takes on an ambient life of its own. Circles and intersections symbolize the connection that Icertis brings to contracts, and the connections that contracts create between the businesses that rely on them.
Similarly, our textures draw inspiration from the look and feel of hand-crafted paper. It’s a quiet but powerful reference – linking the future of Contract Intelligence back to the origins of agreements themselves: ink on paper, human to human.
Even our typography personifies this balance. The warmth and authority of Lora pair with the precision and utility of Inter, creating a visual language that feels both human and intelligent, expressive and trustworthy.
Together, these elements form a brand identity that draws out the fervor and energy we bring to our customers every day – reflecting the kind of experience we want them to have.
This is more than a rebrand. It's a signal of where we're headed, and the role contracts will play in shaping the next generation of intelligent, autonomous enterprises.
