Announcing the 2026 Icertis Vera Winners

That’s why this year we launched the Veras, an awards program that celebrates Icertis customers who are driving exceptional outcomes with AI that’s purpose-built for contracts. The Veras recognize the hard work, change management, and creative thinking required to turn conceptual innovation into enterprise realities.

The award is named after Vera, our AI foundation. Since we released Vera in fall 2025, AI consumption on the Icertis platform has more than tripled. Global businesses have embraced the opportunity to realize millions in savings and deliver measurable results—all through the power of agreements that form the foundation of their customer and supplier relationships.

Impact Award: Stanford Health

The Impact Award recognizes organizations that turn contract intelligence into measurable business outcomes. Stanford Health has reduced contract drafting times from eight days to one, and projects to generate $11.6 million in savings through rebate optimization and enhanced service credit realization. The implementation team has successfully driven consensus among multiple operational groups, thereby harmonizing disparate workflows into a cohesive system.

Change Agent Award: Sentara Health

The Change Agent Award honors a leader or team that successfully drove transformation across their organization. Sentara has centralized management of payer-provider agreements and streamlined authoring and execution of supplier contracts, with a goal to have 100% of contracts managed on Icertis by 2027. They have translated business needs into platform requirements, ensuring that every configuration, workflow, and enhancement serves a real operational purpose for Sentara's contracting teams.

AI Visionary Award: KPMG

The AI Visionary Award recognizes a customer shaping the future of AI-native contracting. KPMG has leveraged Icertis as a foundational component of its Enterprise Contracting Center of Excellence to centralize Public Sector and Commercial contracting. Through AI capabilities such as contract discovery, analytics, and generative assistance, KPMG uses Icertis to enhance data capture, surface critical insights, and support more consistent, data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

AI Breakthrough Award: Equinor

The AI Breakthrough Award recognizes customers achieving a meaningful leap forward through AI-driven contracting. Equinor uses Icertis company-wide to automate Trading Agreements. Building on this foundation, Equinor can now leverage AI to search across contractual obligations and commitments, unlocking even greater value from its commercial relationships.
