In its 32nd year, the list consists of 100 companies in two categories benefiting the area’s economy, workforce, and businesses. In addition to the dedicated efforts to identify and recognize the state’s best employers, the Seattle Business Magazine uses the list to provide organizations with valuable, anonymous employee feedback. Qualifying companies across Washington entered the two-part survey process to determine “Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For.”
- The first evaluation focused on each nominated Company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.
- The second evaluation consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience, with the combined scores determining the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group manages the overall registration and survey process in Washington, analyzing the data and determining the final rankings.
The Top 100 Companies to Work for 2021 is Icertis’ second talent and human resources award this fall. The Seattle Business Magazine Award follows Economic Times Human Capital Awards in two categories including Excellence in Cultivating a Culture of Trust and High Performance (Gold medal), and Excellence in Remote Work Arrangement & Management (Bronze medal).
