Peter Boit Joins Icertis as EVP of Business Development to Bolster Partner Initiatives and Capitalize on New Growth Opportunities
BELLEVUE, Wash., Dec. 8, 2016 – Icertis, the leading provider of enterprise contract management in the cloud, today announced the appointment of Peter Boit as Executive Vice President of Business Development. His appointment follows a series of several new executive hires at the company, which was recently ranked by Glassdoor as one of the best places to work. Peter brings a wealth of experience to the Icertis leadership team with more than 25 years building and scaling field operations at Smartsheet, Juniper Networks and Microsoft. At Icertis, Peter will lead business development and alliance management to drive growth and develop strategies for extending the Icertis Contract Management platform (ICM) ecosystem through new and existing partners such as Microsoft, Workday, Box, PROS, and most recently, Thomson Reuters.

Peter’s 17-year tenure at Microsoft spanned national and global field and program leadership roles, culminating as Vice President of Worldwide Enterprise Partners, where he oversaw global sales and operations for 1,400 Enterprise Alliances and Managed Partners. After leaving Microsoft, Peter joined Juniper Networks as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales, where he led and re-engineered the enterprise field operations for the global networking company. Most recently, Peter built field operations and was responsible for all revenue as Executive Vice President of Sales for Smartsheet, an innovative SaaS leader of collaborative work management.
