Forbes has released its sixth annual Cloud 100 ranking of the world’s top private cloud companies, and four high-value startups from the Seattle area landed in the top 50.

Tanium, Outreach, Icertis and Highspot all made the list which ranked companies based on growth, sales, valuation and culture, plus a reputation score. The four unicorns were in good company with others on the list putting up big numbers, including Stripe, No. 1 on the list as the highest-valued startup in the U.S. at $95 billion.

Forbes said 17 companies from the 2020 list went public in the past year, and 29 newcomers made the 2021 list.

Here are the details on the four Seattle-area companies:

  • Tanium: No. 18. Founded in 2007, Kirkland, Wash.-based Tanium moved its headquarters from the San Francisco Bay Area in 2020 and immediately became one of the biggest privately held technology companies in the Seattle region, at least by revenue and valuation. The cybersecurity company employs 2,000 people, is led by CEO Orion Hindawi, and has a valuation of $9.2 billion. Tanium raised $150 million in January.
  • Outreach: No. 38. The Seattle software sales startup tripled its valuation in a year, rising to $4.4 billion on the strength of $200 million in new funding in June. Led by CEO Manny Medina, Outreach employs 872 people and is one of the highest valued companies in the region.
  • Icerits: No. 44. The Bellevue, Wash.-based startup has raised $280 million since its 2009 founding, with a current valuation of $2.8 billion. The company, led by CEO Samir Bodas, sells contract management software across 90 countries. The idea is to help companies keep track of deals with suppliers and customers, and negotiate better contracts by highlighting ways to save money or move faster. Icertis employs 1,580 people. The company raised $80 million in March.
  • Highspot: No. 46. The 9-year-old sales enablement software startup raised $200 million in February to also rise to unicorn status, pushing its valuation to $2.3 billion. Led by CEO Robert Wahbe, Highspot employs 625 people across Seattle, London, and Munich.
