Details of our ‘Internal Committee’ (IC) to address concerns about sexual harassment in India. 

Icertis has always been resolute about our commitment to nurturing a workplace that is safe, respectful, and inclusive. We understand that addressing the issue of sexual harassment is crucial, as it not only impacts the individuals directly involved but also affects our workplace. 

With this unwavering commitment, we are sharing details of our Internal Committee (IC) in India dedicated to preventing and addressing instances of sexual harassment within our workplace.  

This committee is specifically designed to cater to the concerns of Icertians within our India office, aligning with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, Redressal) Act, 2013 (commonly known as the "POSH Act") in India. The details of the IC are mentioned below.
