Tami Lamp Joins Enterprise Contract Management Leader as Chief People Officer to Drive Global Expansion and Employer of Choice Status
BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 17, 2017 – Icertis, the leading provider of enterprise contract management in the cloud, today announced the appointment of Tami Lamp as Chief People Officer. Tami's 20+ years of experience as a human resources leader at some of the best-run companies in the world will help Icertis extend the company's global leadership as a preeminent technology workplace.
Tami will oversee the worldwide expansion of the Icertis team, ensure the company's benefits and work environment are second to none, nurture its culture, and guide all Icertians as they live the values of the company: Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork and Execution (FORTE).
"The Chief People Officer is perhaps the most important leader in a high growth company, where innovation comes from empathetic creative destruction," said Samir Bodas, CEO and Co-founder of Icertis. "When we met Tami, within the first 15 minutes of the conversation, Monish and I knew we must have her by our sides as we build the contract management platform of the world. Tami knows how to deliver on very demanding business needs with thoughtful compassion. She is open, yet discreet. She leans in, but is respectful. And she believes that we must execute not only as individuals, but as a team – the whole is larger than the sum of its parts. She embodies the values of the company, and we are thrilled to have her join us on our journey to change the foundation of commerce."
Tami's previous experience includes over nine years at Microsoft where she was instrumental in building their international development presence in India, and led the organization through the global expansion of the Developer Evangelism program. Most recently, Tami served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Group Health, one of the largest private employers in Washington state, where she guided the team through several major transformations. In addition, she serves on the advisory board of the Cornell University ILR School.
"When I was introduced to Icertis, it immediately stood out as a company whose co-founders are passionately committed to a values-driven approach to management," said Tami. "Samir and Monish have a compelling vision for disrupting the contract management market, as well as an unshakable commitment to creating a world-class workplace for all employees. These combined with a rapidly growing market and a category leading product make Icertis an exciting customer-centric execution company, with an employee-centric culture – I am thrilled to be onboard for the journey!"
Icertis was recognized by Seattle Business Magazine as a 2017 Best Company to Work For and by Glassdoor as a top 50 private cloud company to work for in 2016.
