This achievement marks the second consecutive year that Icertis has been honored by the awards program, demonstrating the company’s employee-centric culture, combined with unrivaled leadership in the fast-growing contract lifecycle management (CLM) industry.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a central focus at Icertis, and the company’s CSR initiatives are multifaceted, beginning with employees – known as Icertians, who are empowered to take care of themselves, their families, and their communities in addition to taking care of business. These Four Rings of Responsibility represent the company’s framework for prioritization and stem from core FORTE values – Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork, and Execution. More importantly, these Rings of Responsibility are reflected in the following ways:
Take Care of Self
Icertis focuses on employee well-being and career development through diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across its operations. To foster a sense of belonging and empower Icertians to truly take care of themselves, the company’s CSR initiatives include:
- Managing DEI efforts through a Global Council that sets goals, prioritizes initiatives, allocates resources, and coordinates DEI activities and policies for combating harassment, discrimination, and racism globally.
- Supporting several employee-led resource groups (ERGs) that help drive inclusion and career development in the workplace.
- Investing heavily in talent by equipping Icertians with the resources, skills, and knowledge they need to succeed and delivering competitive employee compensation and benefits to ensure equity across the company.
- Promoting mental health management and self-care and regularly.
Take Care of Community
Giving back to the communities where Icertians live, work, and play is an integral part of community membership. Through the Icertis “7 Days for Humanity” volunteer program and “Double Your Impact” donation benefit, Icertians were empowered to give back to the community in ways most meaningful to them. In 2022, Icertians provided over 4,400 volunteer hours to projects ranging from mitigating the impact of human development on natural ecosystems and clean-up initiatives that combat pollution to improving education access for women and girls. Additionally, by supporting charitable organizations, Icertis achieved a 57 percent increase in the number of Icertians using the Double Your Impact benefit year-over-year.

In 2022, Icertis received the Gold Stevie® Award for Great Employers for the Achievement in Workplace Design category. The awards program recognizes the world’s best employers and the resources, professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products and suppliers who help create and drive great places to work. This year, over 1,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes were submitted for consideration in various HR-related categories.
