Icertis has published its first official Impact Report reflecting the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policy statement, 2022 impact results, and commitment to advancing key Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. This report marks a critical milestone for the contract intelligence pioneer as Icertis leaders and employees – Icertians – work together to build a consequential and enduring company.
Impact Highlights
Icertis is committed to giving back to the communities where Icertians live, work, and play. The company’s definition of success includes living by its FORTE values of Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork, and Execution. In 2022, Icertis:
- Realized a 138 percent year-over-year increase in the number of Icertians using the “7 Days for Humanity” benefit, which enables employees to be agents for social change by volunteering for causes of their choice.
- Supported a 57 percent year-over-year increase in the number of Icertians using the “Double Your Impact” benefit, which is a gift matching program that encourages Icertians to contribute to non-profit organizations.
- Donated +$49,000 to more than 170 organizations and more than $30,000 to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC) in response to needs in Ukraine.
- Partnered with the Rotary Club in Pune to sponsor a “Vaccine on Wheels” initiative that helped low-income communities around the area, resulting in over 22,000 people being fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
