Icertis Honored by Puget Sound Business Journal for Growth and Leadership

Icertis co-founder and CEO Samir Bodas has been named to Puget Sound Business Journal’s Power 100, the publication’s list of the 100 most “powerful, influential business people in Washington.”

This is the second year in a row Samir has been named to the list, which this year also includes Jeff Bezos and Satya Nadella,  among other regional business leaders making an impact across the globe.

“Samir Bodas, Chairman and CEO of Bellevue-based Icertis, has pushed the contract management software company to new heights over the past year,” the website writes.

As evidence, the publication cites Icertis’ tremendous growth in 2022, marked by our 360-degree partnership with SAP and soaring valuation. These financial milestones have been backed by marquee customer wins across every industry and geography, category-defining product releases, and a slew of analyst recognition—including being named a Leader in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contract Life Cycle Management.

Samir has a 20-year track record of leading fast-growing, category-defining companies. He and Monish Darda founded Icertis in 2009, with the intent to build a values-driven company that transforms an age-old process using modern technologies like cloud computing, AI/ML, and natural language processing.

“Icertis is on a mission to be the contract intelligence platform of the world,” Samir said. “While it’s my name on this list, credit and recognition should really go to the 2,000+ Icertians who come to work every day to transform the foundation of commerce.”

This is the second recognition for Samir in recent weeks. Last month, Goldman Sachs recognized Samir as one of its Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs of 2022 at its Builders and Innovators Summit, held in Healdsburg, California.
