Sudarshan Chitre serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Icertis, where he leads global teams responsible for building scalable AI products that power the company’s contract intelligence vision.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software and data platforms, Sudarshan has led technical and business transformations at Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, and multiple startups. He is a co-inventor on over 10 patents across data management and IoT technologies and has held leadership roles spanning engineering, product, and executive management.
Sudarshan earned his BS and MS in Computer Science and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is known for fostering high-performing teams and driving innovation that delivers measurable enterprise outcomes.
