Shirish Golwalkar serves as the Chief Architect and Head of Solution Engineering & Customer Support at Icertis, where he was the company’s first engineering hire. With more than three decades of industry experience, he has played a foundational role in shaping Icertis’ trajectory—building the Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Training organizations from inception to scale. Shirish now focuses on global customer support, partner technical services and the solution engineering organization. In addition, he is responsible for the Icertis Run and Operate Service.
Shirish’s career is anchored in complex, mission-critical enterprise systems. At IBM, he contributed to the SiView semiconductor automation platform, and at Vitria, he worked extensively on EAI and BPM product suites.
An alumnus of IIT Madras, Shirish continues to blend deep technical expertise with operational discipline to drive sustained innovation and customer success.
