Senior Vice President, Customer Success

Sanjay has 25+ years of experience in product support and services for technology companies. At Icertis, Sanjay is responsible for global customer support and success. He is a 16 year Cisco veteran with diverse and increasing responsibilities in their $9B technical services business. In his last role at Cisco, he led a global team consisting of Global Repair Enablement, Engineering, Quality, Audits and Contracts that contributed $380M annual repair contribution to Cisco’s margin. Sanjay also built and led services integration team for Cisco M&A, driving integration of 60+ companies with annual service revenue of $550M. As product manager of Cisco’s flagship service offering, SmartNet, Sanjay led and created strategic and execution plans for new proactive and predictive services. Before Cisco, Sanjay held several leadership and technical roles at Nortel, Telcordia, Covansys and TCS.

Sanjay holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Sanjay enjoys traveling, scuba diving, movies (Hollywood as well as international), and being bad at photography (it apparently won’t be my next career).
