Rajan Venkitachalam serves as Senior Vice President, Public Sector and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Icertis, where he oversees global cybersecurity, compliance, and governance for the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. A global technology executive with 25+ years of experience, Rajan leads secure innovation at scale across SaaS, cloud, and data-intensive platforms.
Rajan also leads Icertis’ Public Sector business, partnering with U.S. DoD agencies, the Defense Industrial Base, and the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD). His teams operate regulated environments across GCC, GCC-High, IL2, IL4 Moderate, and UK-regulated cloud infrastructure, and drive compliance programs spanning ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR, aligned to NIST 800-53 Rev.5, NIST 800-171, and CMMC 2.0.
