Chief Operating Officer
As COO at Icertis, Neal leads Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, IT and Cloud Services.
Neal has invested more than 25 years in enterprise software and leadership roles. Prior to joining Icertis, he served as the President and CEO for Caradigm, a GE Healthcare company that was formed via a joint venture between Microsoft and GE. A member of Caradigm’s executive leadership team since its inception, he helped create their SaaS product offerings in Enterprise Population Health Management, Analytics and Identity Access Management. Prior to Caradigm, Neal was at Microsoft for over a decade, and as a member of the Business Leadership Team helped build the Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise ERP product portfolio. In his role as a Partner General Manager of Global Development, he led a global group overseeing business strategy and the product team for multiple ERP solutions. Throughout his career, Neal has held multiple executive leadership roles and is recognized as a thought leader in enterprise solutions and technology.
Neal has a PDEE in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration from Phillips University and executive education from Harvard University.
Neal is an avid reader. He enjoys international travel, and loves exploring diverse countries and culture with his wife and two children. Neal is passionate about, education, community causes and making a positive impact on the youth. He has been actively involved at Seattle Children’s Hospital (via a nonprofit, Kare4Kids Guild, that his family founded in 2012), Boston University Parent Leadership Council, local community meals and other charitable organizations.
