SVP of Consulting and Customer Experience

Alexandra (Alex) Roberts is the Senior Vice President of Consulting and Customer Experience at Icertis, where she leads the company’s global Professional Services and Customer Success functions. In this role, she is responsible for driving delivery excellence, strengthening customer adoption, and ensuring long‑term customer value across Icertis’ dynamic customer base. Alex works in close partnership with the sales, product, and partner ecosystem teams to enable successful implementations and positive customer outcomes.

With extensive experience — including consulting and customer success leadership roles at Accenture Federal Services and SAP — Alex brings deep expertise in customer experience, solution implementation, and global cross‑functional team leadership. She has a strong focus on operational rigor, scalability, and continuous improvement for AI-led digital transformation initiatives. 

Alex is known for her hands‑on approach to customer engagement and her commitment to building high‑performing teams that help customers realize outcomes from the Icertis platform. She currently resides in Pittsburgh and is a graduate of The George Washington University. Outside of work, she is a CrossFit enthusiast, bringing the same energy and discipline to her personal pursuits as she does to her professional endeavors.
