We are also committed to developing technology that helps our customers create a more fair and equitable world. Using our contract intelligence platform, our customers are managing supplier diversity initiatives, improving ethical sourcing practices, and enforcing anti-corruption programs, to name just a few examples. Like us, these customers know that improving diversity and fostering an ethical culture creates value and competitive advantage.

Our leadership's commitment to DEI positively cascades within the organization. We have increased the representation of women and racially and ethnically diverse professionals in our leadership ranks. Moreover, in June 2022 our CEO, Samir, joined the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ initiative – the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Since then, we have dramatically increased our DEI activity and held over a dozen diversity-related events around the company including peer-led conversations, participation in community events and hosting distinguished speakers.
We believe that diversity in our ranks—from employees around the globe to the Board—drives better outcomes for our teams and our customers. For instance, studies show that boards with women outperform companies without. Icertis is proud to include Karyn Smith and Penny Pritzker on our Board of Directors and Ursula Burns on our Board of Advisors, all of whom are champions of diversity and who support and advise us on living our FORTE values across the company.
