We manage our DEI efforts through a Global Council that sets goals, prioritizes initiatives, and allocates resources. This Global Council is supported by Regional Councils that provide bottom-up input and customize our efforts to each geography.

Icertis has developed several programs to unleash the power of Icertians across the world to give back to the communities where they live, work, and play.
Icertis is committed to doing its part to protect the environment and operate sustainably. For example, we support crucial forest conservation work in the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR), a wildlife sanctuary in central India – learn more here. In addition, we plan to set our sustainability and environmental targets, including greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction, and report on them annually.
As we push the boundaries of what’s possible with CLM through artificial intelligence, we remain keenly aware of the increased responsibility and care that needs to be exercised to ensure that our use of data is ethical and responsible. Led by our CTO’s office, we have developed a framework that guides how we use AI in a way that is accountable and has a positive impact on the world.
We strive every day to create an environment where Icertians have fun, feel supported, and are empowered. We are committed to providing recognition and career development programs that create positive work experiences and help Icertians maximize their impact.
To create an organization where people genuinely enjoy working, we run several professional development initiatives such as CaaS. Regardless of position, every Icertian has access to a CaaS (Coaching-as-a-Service) app, which provides external coaching resources to supplement the career guidance provided by managers.
Icertis is built around our FORTE values: Fairness, Openness, Respect, Teamwork, and Execution. We believe deeply that values are the foundation for a successful and sustaining organization and that on our journey, how we get to where we are going is just as important as the destination. As we continue to grow, we strive to ensure that Icertians’ well-being and happiness are taken care of. Throughout the year, we host mental and psychological health programs. For example, in 2021, we organized a 21-day meditation course that more than 200 Icertians around the world participated in. We also regularly organize workshops and seminars around stress management and personal development.
We believe in recognizing Icertians’ efforts so we launched the “VIA Recognition Framework” (Values in Action) to empower Icertians and managers to recognize behaviors, actions, and outcomes that exemplify our FORTE values. The framework ranges from daily recognition between peers to monthly recognition from our co-founders Samir and Monish.
To make it easier for Icertians to take time to make an impact we give every Icertian seven fully paid days a year to volunteer for the cause of their choice. Last year Icertians spent over 400 days making an impact in their communities around the world.
We know that caring for our communities is more important than ever. In 2021, Icertis launched a program to match up to $1,000 of every Icertian’s charitable giving. In 2021, over $50,000 was donated to over 100 charitable organizations by Icertis and Icertians through the Double Your Impact Program –
We believe that education is an enabler of social change and Icertis works at multiple levels to improve access to quality education. For example, to support underserved schools around the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) in Maharashtra, India we have partnered with the Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS) to improve school infrastructure and conduct classes on how to reduce human-wildlife conflict.
